Leadership development:
programmes and workshops for modern leadership work

____

Leadership development at SKALARA combines behavioural training with organisational knowledge: programmes on leadership & AI, change, knowledge management and high performing teams. Tailored, not off the shelf.

How does a leadership programme come about?

You gain confidence in transformation and position yourself as a future-oriented leader who unites technological innovation with human values.

Good leadership programmes don't just train behaviour - they change how an organisation leads. I design and facilitate programmes and workshops tailored to your situation: from a half-day intervention to a multi-module programme over several months.

Which topics do the programmes cover?

Leadership & AI. How leaders understand, introduce and responsibly use AI. From AI archetypes and use-case work to decision routines with AI. My most current and most requested programme.

Change & transformation. Leading change, understanding resistance, navigating emotions, With proven models from the change curve to systemic approaches.

Knowledge management & learning culture. Securing, sharing and turning knowledge into competence. The foundation of learning organisations, and the subject of my Springer books.

High performing teams. Psychological safety, role clarity, collaboration. From leadership-team retreats to team development with LEGO® Serious Play®.

In which formats do I work?

• In-house workshops (half-day to multi-day), on site or online

• Multi-module leadership programmes with transfer support between modules

• Team retreats and offsites, also in English

• Train-the-trainer and support for internal multipliers

What is the benefit of a leadership programme?

It starts with a scoping conversation: goal, audience, context. This is followed by a concept proposal with structure, methods and investment. After each module we review and adjust — leadership development is a process, not an event.
