• 10 years of strategic and people leadership of learning and HR departments.

What guides me

How do organisations and people stay stable, agile and capable of acting in times of transformation? In my own career leading HR and learning departments, I experienced first-hand how demanding modern leadership is. I know what it costs to make clear decisions under pressure and to keep moving forward.

In change projects I see the same pattern again and again: people don't lose their footing for lack of will. They lose it when orientation, psychological safety and the right competencies are missing.
